Plugin for PDF

Rybená does not translate WordPress PDFs because:

There is a cross-browser security policy that does not allow a script to have access to selection events from an embedded page
The default WordPress PDF reader plugins use embedded pages to render the PDF

Therefore, it is necessary to install a customized PDF reading plugin created by Rybená, to ensure that she will be able to translate the texts of the PDF correctly

Steps for integration

1. Download Pluginopen in new window

2. Access the add Plugin page

3. Click on the “Upload Plugin” option, then “Choose file”

4. Select the provided plugin file, then click “Open”

ATTENTION

Do not unzip the file to perform the installation. WordPress only accepts ZIP format files.

5. Click on “Activate plugin”

6. On the Plugins page, the “PDFjs Viewer (Rybená)” plugin will be displayed

TIP

If the deactivate button appears, it means that your plugin is already activated.

ATTENTION

When making PDF available to users, you must choose the installed plugin, the PDFs inserted in other ways will not have integration with Rybená
